IS IT OK TO TRAIN LEGS 2 DAYS IN A ROW?! (Nay Fit)

PART 1: So when I woke up this morning I didn’t feel quite sore enough from yesterday’s workout, so I decided to train legs again. Today I focused more on quads because my hammies were sore. People often ask , “how long of a rest should I take before training the same muscle group again?” “Can I train legs everyday ? (Ladies)” is it ok To workout everyday?” These are some of the thousands of questions that come to my inbox. Personally , I believe any muscle group you want to focus on growing should be trained a minimum of twice a week. In addition to that , if don’t leave the gym fatigued , or sore the next two days, then you flat out didn’t train hard enough. Rest days are key to muscle growth. You body secretes growth hormone while you are asleep so be sure not to neglect yourself.
To build muscle.Muscle can only get stronger and bigger by stimulating it through hard exercise, helping it to recover with high performance nutrition and giving it rest. It takes the central nervous system about 12-72 hours to recover from a workout. The time will be affected by the workout intensity. So you can easily train legs one day. Train back the next and back to legs on the third day. Because days of rest are crucial to growth , I do not suggest training muscle groups more than twice a week for ample recovery and gains !
Fit Tip: To keep making muscular gains cut back on aerobic activities and reserve that energy for the recovery process. I.e cardio !!! (I never to cardio , especially not off season !) Ample rest should include :
1. 30-to-90 second rests between sets during training
2. 2-to-4 hours immediately after training. 😴😴
3. 48-to-72 hours after training a specific muscle group
