1) Deep squats. Ass to grasssss! Definitely good for building the booty! And I almost fell inward 🤣 so make sure you focus on those feet and heels! A must try!
2) So these one legged lunges are killer with the TRX rope. Sheeesh definite challenging w/ balance but forcing you to really rely on that quad with steady control. Second exercise in the vid is something I tried for the first time on the treadmill with a resistance band, fired up the booty. Make sure you are pushing off of the back of the heels.

Hablemos de abductores 🙌🏻
Los músculos abductores de la cadera son responsables de levantar el muslo hacia un lado. También estabilizan su pelvis cuando camina o se para en una pierna. Los abductores primarios de la cadera son el glúteo menor y medio y el tensor de la fascia lata. Usamos esta acción todos los días cuando nos paramos a un lado, salimos de la cama y salimos del automóvil.
🍑 Saben que las personas que tienen trabajos de oficina o que se sientan durante muchas horas en un día en realidad tienen los glúteos muy débiles. (Hace estos para fortalecerlos)
