Sometimes we just don’t have time to make it to the gym , but still don’t want the miss our gains, what do you do !?? BANDS !!!! I use the bands for all my clients and me own workouts. Here is a routine you can try if cannot make it to the gym. Do each exercise for 45 seconds with a 10-15 second break between exercise to transition ( break length determined by level of fatigue). Do entire routine 4x!

Overhead band squat
Good morning
Squat press
Lateral raise
Front raise
Pull apart
Calf raises
Single leg deadlift
Bicep curl
