1) Deep squats. Ass to grasssss! Definitely good for building the booty! And I almost fell inward 🤣 so make sure you focus on those feet and heels! A must try!
2) So these one legged lunges are killer with the TRX rope. Sheeesh definite challenging w/ balance but forcing you to really rely on that quad with steady control. Second exercise in the vid is something I tried for the first time on the treadmill with a resistance band, fired up the booty. Make sure you are pushing off of the back of the heels.
