IG is being petty AF with music and took my damn video down! So here’s some ocean sounds🙃 .
This is where you begin your ascent into pincha so we need to find comfort here. Find a few breaths here – play around with the distance between your feet and elbows. Feel the burn in those hammies- but don’t overdo it. Ease into it. When you’re ready fire up this pose with pushups to further open the shoulders. Push tip of the nose to the fingers – or in my case, in the sand 😅🤣. Most importantly, breathe and have fun!!❤️
