Squat jumps x 15
Bulgarian split squat jumps x 12 (each leg)
Mini jumps x 50 (all together)
Side jumps x 20 (each leg)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do each exercise with no breaks, then when you’re finished the circuit give yourself 1-2 minutes and re-do it 🤗.

You can re-do the circuits as many times as you wish, I’d recommend doing it around 3-5 times 😸💕.
