1) ALWAYS FINISH what you started !!! After my fifth and final circuit with the HEX Squat Bar (burnout) I was so exhausted!😓😓However, I find this trap bar deadlift a great alternative to the Basic Deadlift! For everyone who’s inquired, I have on a weight belt and this far from my max, however after umbilical hernia repair I’m taking it easy. I performed 4 sets of 12 repetitions with the final round being a burnout!! Bigger Quads No Problem 💪🏾 Some People are critics of the bar hitting the ground….Not Me🤷🏾‍♀️#SquatGoals
2) YOU WANT TO SEE ASS TO GRASS with 45 plates on each end 👀HERE YOU GO! This was my Fifth and final set in my leg Circuit! (Check out the rest of my routine on my Insta-Stories! These burned like HELL! 😩😩You could see the agony on my face! I was moaning and everything 🤣! I wish I could be cute every time I train but that wouldn’t be honest! If you haven’t done these before I recommend that you have a spotter! You might not come up from these 😩😩😩 #SquatGoals
